After installing sketchup, and then trying the extension, the Veras UI seems to be stuck in “Almost There”
How can I fix that?

Can you please let us know the exact version of SketchUp for Mac you are using? Here’s a screenshot of how to find it using SketchUp 2022 for Windows (hopefully the Mac version is similar!):
Quick update - we are currently working on a fix that may help resolve this issue. In short, we believe it’s related to the cookie policy implemented by certain versions of SketchUp.

@hg111 We have just released Veras version 1.9.5, which, along with Archicad support, has a login/licenseing update that may resolve this issue:
