"Error getting License" Message when Login

Starting Veras with the password of Chaos will give me this message back “Error getting License”.
With the same password i can login in teh Chaos Account.
For a few days ago it will work. But actually not.
i have downloaded the latest version of Veras an reste the Chaos Password. But it still does not work.

Sorry you are having issues. What version of Veras are you using?

Seems like there is currently a license issue with Chaos.

In this how to fix article although not written for our apps specifically, first step would be to sign out and back in. Id suspect you have tried that already.

They outline an uninstall and reinstall after the sign out. Have you tried that?

I work in Revit 2021.1.7
I have Chaos_Veras_version 2.2.2.0
And i have similar problem

Quick update here for the ‘gang’, some of us are also involved in some of these other threads:

Basically, we think we’ve identified the issues that’s sporadically causing this to occur and we’re hoping to publish a fix later today! Stay tuned…

@MarioBoss @needhelp @Strana_SD - We just released an automatic update - v2.3.0.3, which we believe will fix this ‘error getting license’ issue.

Please try logging in now, and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.

The web-version of Veras is not working too , the login wall keeps reoccuring.

@Rys Are you seeing the same “Error getting license” message mentioned in the posts above, or something different? I’ll send you a private message to get your email address, so I can try to look into this for you!

Edit: @Rys - Are you referring to the “login loop” issue in your other post, or is this a separate issue?

I would like to tell you that the new updates have been very consistent and the performance improvement is very noticeable. Good job keep it up!
No problems with error getting license message also.
