I can’t log in to the Revit plugin and get access to

Are you able to get to the Chaos login page? If you were a customer before the merge your Chaos credentials should match your old EvolveLAB credentials for login.

What version of Veras are you using. Some older versions do not support the new Chaos licensing system.

If possible, download the latest version to be sure that’s not part of the issue.

And license system version 6.2

Hmm, that’s the latest versions. Can you show a screenshot of exactly where you get hung up?

I have a message into our internal support chat to see if there is an outage as there have been a few users reporting license issues today. I’ll report back here when I hear something back.

We’ve enhanced our warning and error logging prior to this weekend. With the insights we’ve gathered, we may have identified the exact problem, and are working on a fix today.

@Dima777 Thanks for letting us know, we’re looking into this now. I believe we’ve found the cause, and are currently working on issuing a fix. I’ll post here when it’s released, so you can let us know if it solved the issue for you or not.

@Dima777 @Strana_SD - We just released an automatic update - v2.3.0.3, which we believe will fix this ‘error getting license’ issue.

Please try logging in now, and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
