Dear Evolve lab suppoer team,
Since the update 2.0.0 I am getting error getting license information mesasge and can not even log in though Chaos.
I am attaching the following picture.
License is already purchased and can not use it since the last 10 days
Also, i tried logging in thought another computer and it works thus something is happening with my main computer.
Tried clearing cookies etc but did not help, neither opening a private window.
Thats weird…

the problem got fixed with the new released version.
Lastly and personally just a feedback would be that when someone has to take a leave the users who paid for a license (at least) should get someone else to talk to

@Zarathos Thanks for the info, glad it’s working now! We were struggling with this issue, but have released some fixes over the last week that seem to be resolving the issue for most users. I’ve started the process for getting you a refund for the time during which you were unable to use Veras, I’ll follow up in a private message with more details on that!
