When I open Veras in Sketchup it appears on a white screen
@Vini_projetare Is this a different issue from the one you mentioned in this other thread?
It sounds like a slightly different problem - are you still getting the ‘Login Failed’ error?
If you can provide some more info, it will help us get to the bottom of this (same questions I posed in the other thread.
- What version of SketchUp and Veras you are using?
- Are you able to log in if you disable your VPN and/or Firewall?
- Are you able to connect do a different network (different wifi, cellular hotspot, etc) and then login?
- What geographic country/region are you located in? (Our login service is blocked in a few geographic areas)
Also, if you’re able to send me the email you’re using to log into Veras in a private message, I can see if there’s any issues in particular with your account.
