The error message that gives is “Login Failed”
@Vini_projetare This sometimes happens if your network, VPN, or Firewall is blocking our login service.
Can you let us know some more information, including:
- What version of SketchUp and Veras you are using?
- Are you able to log in if you disable your VPN and/or Firewall?
- Are you able to connect do a different network (different wifi, cellular hotspot, etc) and then login?
- What geographic country/region are you located in? (Our login service is blocked in a few geographic areas)
