We believe that Helix v2.14.14 may have fixed the issue you were having. You can check out the the release notes and download this version from this post:

If I recall, you mentioned you had switched to Revit 2025 - we are still working on adding Revit 2025 support to Helix, but will post in the forums when that’s released as well.
