Newbie Help - Only Generating 1 Module Many Times

I am testing out Morphis. I have a room list of ~150, mostly one-off, unique rooms. Almost all the modules are locked to a count of 1, and a few set to 6 or 9. Morphis is only generating the first module in the list 100+ times, and none of any other modules. I did try setting a few to unlocked count with no success. The module sliders seem to have no effect, I can’t find any instructions or descriptions what they are supposed to do.

Also, it seems to only be able to generate modules in the perimeter or inner array at any given time. How do I set it to place modules in both regions?

@That_bert Thanks for posting, my our apologies for the delayed response - somehow we missed this post last week.

My guess is that you have to add each module type to the path types you are using. Even if you have the module in a specific layout, you’ll need to edit each path type and make sure all modules you want to be arrayed on that path are selected:

I am not sure why modules are only generated on a perimeter or inner array, but not both. As long as you have set perimeter and inner paths, and you have modules enabled on both path types, and you spaces is big enough to fit both of course, they should both get created at the same time. I could be misunderstanding. Can you share an image or gif of this? That would help narrow it down.

On a different topic, we’re currently working on a version 2 of Morphis, which takes a different approach to space layout generation. Right now it only does MEP layouts, but we expect to release the new space design feature in a week or two.

If you would like to try it, just let me know, and I’ll add you to the early access group.

Thank you for the help.

Yes, I would like to be added to your early access group. Our office is intrested in using this tool.

Will do - sent you a private message to get your email!
