veras wont launch in revit desktop, i re-downloaded and tried to do repair.

@Thestreetarckitect Ah sorry, I saw your other post first. Can you let us know what version of Revit you are using, and what happens when you try to launch Veras from Revit?

Do you see the ‘Veras’ button in the EvolveLAB ribbon tab? Does the login window open? If so, what do you see when/after you try to log in - an empty page, a loading symbol, or something else?
