Veras Video Limit Question

Just purchased two Pro tier (ArchDesign Collection) licenses. I wanted to test out Veras Video feature, I did a few quick test renders. Now I see that I’m almost at my limit for the month??

in two locations I read that we would get 250 Videos, not 250 credits.

Also, with purchasing 2 licenses, should that not give me 500?

Please clarify and/or help me see what I’m missing.

Ryan and I already communicated about this elsewhere, but re-posting an answer here for others who may have had the same question.

  1. The bar represents unused credits, not used up credits.
  2. In the future, 1 video may not always equate to 1 credit, but at this time (while videos are all rendered at runtimes of 5 seconds) all video renderings attempted uniformly cost 1 credit.
  3. The other piece about credit totals for floating licenses is now irrelevant. Due to technical limitations, these totals were only updated when a floating user on the license logged in and attempted a video, as this was the only way we knew for sure that an additional seat deserved credit allocation. We now have the technical ability to know the number of seats on a license at all times, and these totals should always be correct for floating licenses, regardless of who has logged in and attempted video renderings.
