Veras - problem of using a purchased license

Hi, I have a problem with Veras and actually with the license of Veras - I was using it without any problems for more than 2 months, when suddenly this window appeared at login - in revit as well as in the web app

  • Anticipating questions-yes I have downloaded new versions

I have a license for one year ( 10 months left)… . and now in the heat of the moment when I need to use the program often and intensively I face such a technical problem

Thank you for reporting this. The team is aware of a license issue and is currently working on a patch.

Edit: The team released a patch, and the issue should be resolved.

hey, I am writing again with the same problem again- the license is still active however I have the same message as in the first post.

@TDEast - it looks like your Veras license may be assigned to a different email, and not the one in the screenshot in the original image.
