Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

We’re looking into the issue now, and we will post updates here.

This error is related to a subsystem that uses AWS.

There’s a AWS outage and service degradation. However it’s now recovering, per AWS: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

Any update on when this will be up and running again? I’m getting the same error message through the revit plug-in.

Looking at the downdetector site, the reports peaked, and now it’s trending downwards, suggesting that the systems are coming back online.
