Multiple users unable to log in.
Chaos Service Status shows all systems operational. I am able to log in to Chaos admin portal.
Can you provide confirmation of disruption and/or ETA to fix?

Generally appreciate the quick official responses here vs the Chaos forums - but it has been pretty quiet. Any insight?
I understand that a lot has been changing over the past week, but you’ve got us all hooked with lots of people relying on the workflow for deadlines…

@verma @rifkin It is now resolved, and somewhat spontaneously actually–which suggests an issue within the outside cloud infrastructure we rely on. We’re still investigating the issue further to find out precisely what happened, and if we can set up protections against it.

Facing this issue again with some users within the firm.
@verma We ended up putting an optimization in place sometime between Thursday and Friday. Let us know if you experience any more issues, but from what I can see of our analytics, this seems to have prevented any recurrences since Thursday.
