Unable to log in to Helix Sketchup due to a loop

I am using Helix in Sketchup 2025. When I try to log in, the screen gets stuck in a loop saying “Retrieve login data from chaos.” I didn’t have this problem last week; it has been happening for a few days now.

I followed all the instructions from the AI chat on the Chaos website support page, but I couldn’t fix the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can share any of the below info, it would help us get to the bottom of this:

  • What version of Helix do you have installed?
  • Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you try to log in?
  • [Advanced} - open the browser console on the login page, and take a screenshot of the logs? I can provide more info on how to do this, if you are up for it.

In the mean time, I’ll see if I can reproduce it on my end.

Super helpful, thanks for the quick info.

We discovered a potential bug preventing some users from being able to log into any (former) EvolveLAB product.

I’m working on a fix for that right now, based on the info you shared, I think it might also solve your issue.

Once I have it fixed and released, I’ll let you know so you can test it again and see if it helped.
