Hi, I just downloaded Veras to my computer. And it shows that my trial license is expired on 24/07/2023 and currently I have 0/30 renderings remaining. However, I do not have options of ‘width’ & ’ Number of Renderings’. After I press Render button, a msg of "out of trial renderings’ pop up. Can anyone please assist? Thanks.

The expiration date is the 15 day trial period. However, with Veras we also have a 30 render limit for trials, a fixed lower resolution, and no ability to batch render multiple renders.
I have an update on this - it seems like you were not give the 30 free renders to begin with. This is now corrected - my apologies for the error.
