- Are you using a VPN?
- Are you using the latest version of Veras for Revit?
- Which Revit version are you trying to use Veras with?
Here are some things to try. Can you:
- access the standalone version of Veras? veras.evolvelab.io
- login to the licensing portal? EvolveLAB | Customer Portal
