Sign in problem

hello, I am have installed Veras for Sketch up, but I am not enable to log in and recieve this massage: log in failed
It is good to say that I have created an account successfully on web site. please add me annually .

Are you able to login using the web app: veras.evolvelab.io ?
Can you share a screenshot of the error message?

Hi, is this problem solved? I have the same issue, and i am able to log onto the website, but not the web app or the SketchUp App.

@Aurelia This could be caused by a number of different things, so it may or may not be related to @fatemehltf’s issue. Can you send us a screenshot, or describe what happens when you try to log in, so we can help look into it? Thanks!

I can log into the website with the email and password, but not the extension for SketchUp

@Aurelia Also, when you say you can log into the website, which website are you referring to?

Are you able to log into our Customer Portal here: EvolveLAB | Customer Portal? If not, you can try the reset password tool. If you do not recieve an email, it could be that you have not created an account for our apps yet. This is a different account than our forum (https://forum.evolvelab.io/).

Veras web app is inaccessible

@Idrissa thanks for letting us know, we believe this issue is now resolved! Please let us know if are still unable to get into Veras web.

Thank you for reporting this. The team is aware of a license issue and is currently working on a patch.

Edit: The team released a patch, and the issue should be resolved.

Hello, I also seem to be having a login problem, after signing up for the trial, immediately after installing Veras on Sketchup 2023, I am notified, upon logging in, that my trial has already expired. I’ve written an email to Evolvelab and tried to create a thread here but haven’t acquried a response to this problem yet.

@AAron - Looked into this for you, it turns out you had a previous Veras license (or perhaps just a trial) for a month wayyyyyyy back in 2023, which is why your seeing this message.

I just went in and set you up with a new trial, which should be good unt8il 7/21.

Let me know if that doesn’t work, or if you run into any more issues!
