Revit to SketchUp not working

Hello, when I try to export from Revit 2024 to SketchUp 2024, the import part seems to hang. I open a 3D view in RVT and click “export active view” in EvolveLab, after a few seconds it tells me the export was successful. Then I go to SKP and click “import revit” where it brings up the status bar and just hangs - never starts to fill. It seems that it works sometimes if I click “import revit” again, or wait 20 minutes and then try to import. Not sure if Revit is saying it’s done exporting when it’s actually not finished baking yet? That doesnt seem to be consistently the case though.

Is it possible to share the Revit file over?

The exported file is cached at this location C:\ProgramData\EvolveLAB\Helix it is specifically revitexport.hlx.

How large is that file? If it’s larger than 20 MB it typically has a hard time completing. Have you tried breaking down the export into smaller pieces?

Also just to confirm you are using the latest version 2.15.3?
If not, please download and update as it resolved a few bugs with the SketchUp services.

Thanks, the .hlx file is 11MB and its a rather small building (one story, 5k sf and its a shell only) - so I really can’t break it down any smaller. I will see if I can update it. Thanks.
