We received this question recently and wanted to post the solution here on the forum.
If there are too many mappings that are not loading properly, or if you want to manually erase the mappings, you can do so by manually deleting the mappings file:
- Go to this directory:
C:\ProgramData\EvolveLAB\Helix - Delete the file:
mapping.hlx
