It looks like it’s a resolution issue. If you try a lower resolution it should work. We’ll deploy a back-end update with a fix soon. I’ll update this post when it’s deployed.

Getting same errors again this morning. Low res or not. Single resolution. Cannot get Veras to produce any images. “Error: veras render service error”

Our GPU Service provider is experiencing an issue with downtime for the past 15 minutes. The rendering service is down.
The team has identified the issue and is deploying a fix at this time.
The fix has been deployed and we are monitoring recovery - error rates are returning to normal levels.
