Hi,
I’m getting this error every 3-5 renderings. It is very frustrating as the time out is quite long and I’m worried that each of the failed attempts is eating into my credits. I try to render 2K with Version 7 which normally takes 30-90sec when it works. And often have to compose my prompt, selection and references again as the UI resets to the beginning of my edit, as there is no “retry” option.
But beside this and other UI quirks I’m able to work around, great tool! Keep up improving!

I’m sorry to hear about this.
This is an error that we attach to render jobs that are in the queue/in progress, have been there for 15 minutes or longer, and have essentially become stale, so they are deleted to clean the queue.
It is likely a connection or traffic issue with Google.
If this happens more often for you, it may be a connection issue on your end, or something security-related specific to your company.
The credits for such jobs should automatically be refunded after some time.
