Very often, when using renderers in version 7, Veras freezes during the rendering process. This happens on both: the desktop version (for SketchUp) and the web version. As a result, the “pill” icon (which allows you to select the number of renders) indicates that the process is stuck in progress for a long time:

This happens very frequently, especially when more than one image is selected to be generated. Once the error occurs, generating subsequent images seems significantly slower. The only workaround is to refresh the page and log in again, which takes a considerable amount of time.
