Problem opening large files

Hello, good day, there are large projects that cannot be opened and remain loading. Trying without glyph topics works, what could be the reason why it doesn’t load?

May I ask how big your Revit model is?

@Miguel weight 243 mb, I use it from a cloud collaboratively

Thanks for your response. Glyph shouldn’t affect opening a model but I have added this ticket and we will look into it as soon as possible.
