I get this error when trying to open the Windows free trial of Veras in Revit. Is this common? Are there any known causes of this?
Revit crashes if I click “Continue”
It seems like the addin is trying to access a file that does not exist. This could be because of a few reasons:
- lack of admin rights when installing
- faulty install (pending restarts and/or Revit was opened)
To install a clean copy, please try the following.
- close out of all Revit instances
- restart the PC
- download and install the latest version: Veras 1.3.0.2.msi
- open Revit to test again
