This is horrifically annoying. I can not log in. When I put in the correct information it puts me into a infinite loop of picking images if busses, motorcycles and crosswalks. Please get me into this software ASAP…This obviously should not be happening.

Ugh, I’m sorry you are running into that, I agree it canbe extremely annoying, it happens to me occasionally but I usually never have to solve more than 3 or 4.
I know that the Chaos licensing team deployed an updated login page about a month or so ago, and I have heard that they may have recently made changes to how the captchas work.
I’ve opened a Chaos Customer Support Ticket, which is the best way to track the issue, and I’ve cc’d you, the support team, and someone on the Chaos licensing team who should be able to help.
It may be a few days before they get back to you, as a lot of people are off around now for Thanksgiving and other international holidays.
Again my apologies, I agree it shouldn’t be happening and is extremely frustrating, I’ll do my best to try to make it right!

So it turns out you need to be able to log in to view the ticket(!).
Since you may be unable to do that due to the captcha issue, I’ll make sure to post any updates from the support ticket thread here, to make sure you can access them.
I believe all responses should also get emailed to you, but I’m not 100% sure on that.
