Linked models dropdown is blank even though there are linked models in the file

I am using Glyph version 1.3.0.1, and the file I am working on has linked models (all hosted on the Autodesk Construction Cloud). The linked models dropdown, however does not show any linked models in the file. What could be the reason for this?
