I find that if a rendering still looks a little flat, cranking up the Geometry Override setting can enhance the sense of 3D. Also I find that for interiors putting ‘subdued accent lighting’ and ‘night’ in the prompt enhances the sense of 3D. Good to know that Geometry Override helps. It could also be that the flatness might be introduced by the higher resolution upscaling.
