is veras for revit 2026 version can i use for twin motion software also
Revit 2026 is going to be supported sometime this week, but not just yet.
We don’t have a direct integration with Twin Motion. You may be able to use Veras somewhat indirectly in Twin Motion if your Twin Motion app has a plugin for using Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Vectorworks, etc., and the plugin has Veras. However, I have not tried this, myself, so I cannot confirm.
@jai Looking like we’ll have Revit 26 support Friday, possibly.
till now iam unable to see 2026 revit plugin veras.
Hi @jai, we are still working on it and plan to release it next week.
Thanks for replying. but just thinkover integrating Veras with revit 2026, and also rendering software like enscape we will have D5 render , some part of work after revit will be done in D5 render , then integration of veras makes a complete picture. here enscape i have not worked on that software. suppose if i take enscape and veras integrated , then i need not use revit integrated if iam right pls let me know. basic things like landscape , vehicles etc enscape or D5 required which will be integrated in revit. pls suggest how to go about veras , is veras revit or veras enscape or both same
I may be misunderstanding you, but here’s some more info that may be helpful:
- Veras is now also included inside of Enscape.
- Now that we are a part of Chaos, You can get a separate license for Veras and Enscape, or you can also get a suite that contains a license to both software.
- You can use Veras directly in Revit, or you can use Veras inside of Enscape in Revit.
- You are correct that if using Veras for Enscape, you don’t need to wait for Revit 2026 support.
- Both Veras for Revit and Veras inside of Enscape are part of the same Veras license.
- You are welcome to use whatever workflow works best for you, including combining Veras, Enscape, Revit, D5, and other software. If you find a workflow you like and want to share it with others, you are welcome to make a post in our veras-workflows tag!
Hope this helps!
