It seems like the installer file may have been corrupted. Can you try deleting and then re-downloading the EvolveLAB_Veras_Setup.msi file from our website:
After re-downloading, if it still doesn’t run, can you right click on the installer file, select Properties, and verify the following information:
checking the file sizes makes sure that you have downloaded the entire installer file, and that the download processes wasn’t corrupted or interrupted.
checking the Subject on the details page verifies that you are using the latest Veras installer, version 2.0.5.0 at time of writing.
checking the signature details, and makings sure the name, signing time, Issued to, Issued by, and valid from information is correct ensures that you are using our valid signed installer, and not a potentially malicious copy
