I can not render anything on my Vera’s the message error failed due to the following error keeps popping up

Rendering error keeps popping up . Can this be fixed

Can you please provide more info about your setup:

  • Can you share a picture of the error message?
  • Can you let us know which version of Veras you’re using?
  • I’m assuming that you are using Veras for SketchUp. Is this for Windows or Mac?

Looks like you’re getting an Network Error message. Here are some questions that can help us out:

  • Did Veras work before today?
  • From what country are you trying to access Veras?
  • Are you using a VPN? does it work by enabling or disabling the VPN?
  • Are you able to connect do a different network (different wifi, cellular hotspot, etc)?
