How to prompt properly?

I´m still pretty new to prompting and would like to get some input on how to properly prompt.
Following example:
I´ve uploaded a simple blueprint of a room (see image below) and want Veras to create a photorealistic photo of it.
This is my prompt:
“Take the blueprint in the source image and create an isometric photograph of the room taken from one corner looking at the niche with the bar and the tv.
Ignore the position of the wall TV and the sofa and the table in the blueprint.
Place a large 100” tv at the short wall shown in the first reference image.

Place a small bar in the niche with some beverages, glasses and small snacks and canapes and popcorn.
Place a sofa in the middle of the room facing the tv. Place a small table next to the sofa.
Hang curtains to cover the windows.
Place a large rug below the sofa.
Add additional decoration at the room.
Create a dark, masculin style to the room."

Veras keeps ignoring my instruction that the bar should go into the niche (top of the blueprint), the tv should go onto the right (short) wall and that the sofa and table should be positioned accordingly. (see attached rendering)
Any input appreciated, I´d like to learn.

I tried to improve the rendering further. To the image above, I entered the following prompt:
“Keep the image as it is.
Move the tv to the wall at the right. Then move the bar into the niche where the tv was hanging. Rotate the sofa and the table so that the sofa is facing the tv.”
This is the result. As you can see, the only thing that changed is that the bar counter moved a bit back into the wall…
