@Jorgensen - we don’t currently have a way to reactivate a subscription if it has been cancelled, however you can start a new monthly subscription anytime with your existing EvolveLAB account.
To do so, just go to our website, select the app you’d like to start your monthly subscription for, and then at the bottom of the page select a plan.
As long as you use the same email as you did before, all of your previous data will still be retained.
If you sign up today for a yearly subscription (edit), don’t forget to use the code “CHAOS25” to save 25%!

I’m quite sure I did try that, but it did not work, but now it does - so all good
Seems the promo code only works with yearly subscription.

Weird, not sure what could have happened, but I’m glad it worked now.
And yes, your are correct about the code being good for only yearly-subscriptions - my apologies I missed that!
