I have a persistant probelem with helix , when i select an element in sketchup it doesn’t allow me to map it in Helix , i have done all the steps that i found in the tpoics but nothing work like sync family types

HELIX V : 2.14.4
REVIT v : 2024.3

I was able to reproduce the bug one time, on my very first launch of Helix/SketchUp looking into the error.
After restarting SketchUp to try and reproduce it again and nail now exactly where the bug was, I couldn’t replicate.
After that first restart Helix did prompt a sign in, and after that sign in things worked as expected.
I would suggest signing out and clearing the cache files as a good first step to see if it resolves.

Sign out of the app, there’s a small button in the lower left corner.

Close out of SketchUp

Clear the cache by going to %ProgramData%\EvolveLAB\Helix there will be several .hlx files. Just delete them all, Helix will rebuild them as you configure.

Reopen SketchUp, the model, then Helix.
If you are still experiencing the issue with that specific file please share it over, it will help us find the bug.
For now, just try this potential workaround. We are going to log this bug and assign a Dev to dig into.
