Helix Error Message

Hi there, I have been using Helix for Revit and SketchUp for a couple of weeks now, and I have just received a message while using Helix on Revit saying ‘Cannot connect to hub. Please contact EvolveLAB support’. I have attached a screenshot of the error message below. Can you please help me with this? I am using Revit 2024.3 and SketchUp 2024

The first thing I would try is restarting the Hub Service.

Ctrl + Alt + Del then go to Task Manager

On the bottom left click Services

Then look for HelixHubService select it and Restart

Alternatively, you could give windows a full restart and that should also restart the service.

Let me know if that solves the issue.
