@Elliottk Thanks for the feedback, and our apologies for the login/licensing issues you encountered. We are currently working on cleaning up some of the issues that arose due to this EvolveLAB to Chaos migration.
For the login issue, there have been some intermittent issues. We believe most of them are fixed by now, but please do let us know if you continue to experience them and we’ll continue to look into it. As to the exact cause, I am not sure, but it could have been a few different issues that we’ve now mostly resolved.
As for the licenses, both your EvolveLAB licenses, and the emails assigned to it, should have been migrated to your Chaos account. If you didn’t have a Chaos account tied to your EvolveLAB account email, one should have been automatically created for you, which you should be able to log into using your old EvolveLAB password (for a time). So if you’ve already reassigned yourself, that’s fine, but I’m told that should have been done in the background this past weekend as well.
