Even after signing in, you cannot use it.

Hello,

When launching Enscape in Archicad and starting Veras, I am prompted to sign in.
After clicking Sign In, being redirected to the web, and signing in,
I am prompted to sign in again upon returning to the Archicad screen. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
