Im trying to use refine tab to render a selection, to change a floor type, although i keep getting a Network Error. I have tried using different connection types, although to no avail. Are there certain settings which will make this process smoother?
Hi @GodwinSultana, thanks for reaching out about this issue. I experienced the same problem this morning, but it was only a brief episode and I haven’t experienced it again. There is a setting on our end which we have adjusted that we think will have a positive impact on this situation.
This change is already deployed to our live servers, and can be tested. Please let us know if you continue to get this error when rendering a selection in the “refine” tab, or if it seems to have been resolved for you. Thanks!
