my render on evolve veras sketchup is giving me the message error:render failed session is not active. I am still in the trial phase with 90 renders still available. it was working perfectly a couple of days ago.
@anabelle.yammine5 For session issues, can you just try logging out and then logging in again? This should fix the issue. If you are on the web app (or if you have the ‘auto-save’ feature turned off), make sure to save any renderings you don’t want to loose to your computer first.
