Clash Point Room Locator

Hello! I came across the post “Add Room Name Locations to Navisworks Clash Reports with Dynamo & Excel.” I’m still relatively new to dynamo and don’t think I have the skill set to create the script on my own. Is this available somewhere? I didn’t see it in the Evolvelab package on Dynamo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This script could help my work flow so much.

@Michelle1,

I assume you are referring to this blog post?

You are correct it’s not currently available in any public Dynamo packages, as we aren’t currently supporting or updating it.

However, if you’d like to have a copy of it as is, I can send you a download link, please just send me your email via a DM.

Thanks,

I also need the script. Can you help?

@Jocat3333 I took a look, but wasn’t able to find this script. It might be on our older network, I’ll dig into it and post an update when I find it.

Thanks for the patience. In the mean time, I’ll send you a DM, so you can give me your email, so I can send it to you once I find it!

Hi Daniel,
I am very impressed by your script! May you please sent me your dynamo script for adding room location to Navis report? Thank you so much.

Thanks for your interest in the script! Unfortunately, I have not able to locate this particular script at the moment, as it was saved in our older file system some time ago. If I do locate it, I will reach out to you via private message to get you a download link.

In the mean time, I’d suggest either looking at the latest Dynamo packages to see if anyone’s developed a more recent one that may be of use to you (as ours may be a bit outdated by now anyway). I’d also suggest inquiring in the Dynamo forum, as the Dynamo community is often helpful and may be ale to point you towards some other useful resources for creating this type of script.

Best of luck with your project!

Very good and thank you for your quick and timely response.
