Can't log in to try Glyph, email address is not correct

I’m having trouble logging in to try out Glyph. When I click the button it prompts me for an email address, but when I enter my address it gives me an error, “That email address is not correct”. I assume this has to do with our non-typical top level domain. Any suggestions?

@AnthiasMint This is strange, let me look into it and get back to you!

Also FYI @AnthiasMint I edited the screenshot to remove your email for security reasons.

After looking into the issue, you are correct that it is because of your email domain. Our current service doesn’t allow the top-level domain (anything after the final dot) to be longer than 5 characters, which is a bit outdated.

I’ll work on updating this and getting it included in an upcoming Glyph release.

In the meantime, the easiest way for you to use a Glyph trial would be with a different email address with a 5-charecter-or-less top-level domain, do you have access to one? If not, we could set up a temporary email for you that would allow you Glyph trial access, please let me know if you’d like to go this route.

Thank you for your patience as I work on resolving this.
