Bills paid but login failed

I bought a standard monthly license, all the bills have been paid but the login fails and I get a notice that says: “We regret to inform you that your True Trial Has Expired”. How to fix this problem?

Just to close the loop - this turned out to be a billing error, which we were able to resolve outside of this thread.
