Veras Connection Error with ESET Antivirus: Could not connect to the evolvelab.io domain. Please make sure that your firewall is not restricting access

If you’re getting the error above, it might most likely be because your antivirus or firewall is blocking the Veras adding from accessing the internet.

We’ve seen this error with ESET antivirus. If you have the same antivirus, here are the steps to resolve this. This solution is based on this post: https://support.eset.com/en/kb2960-exclude-a-safe-website-from-being-blocked-by-web-access-protection

1 | Open the Advanced Setup, from the tool tray using right-lick

2 | Go to Web access protection → Url address management → Edit

3 | Select the last item in the list, then Edit button

4 | Add *.evolvelab.io, and press Ok, then apply all changes
