this is happening. a lot. web interface. when i click “support” it is not helpful (only sends me to generic help page). what am i supposed to do? use real pencils!?
OK follow up. I did end up reluctantly using the AI chat bot on the support link. It provided me a list of things to try, which included turning off my VPN. Which I did, and it worked perfectly. Thanks robots!

Seeing this error today. Assumed it was related to the credit changes I received a slew of emails about this morning. Can you clarify the fix? We need VPN connectivity for remote work, turning it off is not really an option.
Yeah I had to move any files I wanted to be working with to my local drive. Had no access to our file server while I was using Veras. Not ideal but at least Veras worked; reconnected when I was done…
We are working on addressing these errors. Totally understand that VPN needs to work. We will be replacing this dependency soon, and this error should be mitigated.
One of my users is currently getting the same error message. But they don’t need to use VPN while in the office.
Additional context: yesterday, he had an error that said “chaos credits reserve request timed out”; we learned that his desktop was limited to 100mbps. We fixed that issue & now, he’s getting over 900mbps.. after that issue was fixed, that’s when he began seeing the AxiosError:Network Error
